Domestic animals, primarily cattle and pig, have been studied to find correlations between chromosomal abnormalities and clinical effects such as abnormal body conformation (aneuploidy), reduced fertility (balanced chromosome aberrations) or sterility (mainly related to sex chromosome abnormalities).
